As any successful company knows, it is only as good as its team and it was reassuring to learn how happy, satisfied and rewarded our team feels.
Achieving a Top 100 place in the first year of entering the Sunday Times Best Company to work for is a key achievement for Churchill Retirement Living. With over 530 companies entered and 86,500 questionnaires completed our position of 77 was a great achievement.
Good news! According to the results
of the ‘Colleague Satisfaction Survey,’ the majority
of our staff are very positive about their jobs and working environment
and are looking to progress their careers within Churchill Retirement
Living. A total number of 80 surveys were sent out and 61 were
returned, a 76% response rate. As the saying goes no news is
good news, so
we can only assume that those who did not complete their questionnaire
are also very happy!
97% of our staff are happy with the
level of autonomy given to carry out their duties and 82% have
adequate resources to do their jobs.
Appreciation levels within Churchill Retirement Living are very high at 97% and employees feel valued by Line Management, with ideas and suggestions being actively encouraged.
