Non Residential Relief Lodge Manager - South West

Millstream Management Services Limited is a dedicated company responsible for the ongoing management and upkeep of retirement developments built by Churchill Retirement Living. We are seeking a Relief Lodge Manager who is an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills, who can manage Lodges in order to provide a safe, secure and well maintained site for apartment Owners.

A sensitive and diplomatic approach when faced with difficult situations is an essential requirement for this post.

The hours of work are dependent upon which Lodge you are covering, but typically 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, or 9am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Churchill Retirement Living was placed 25th in the "Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for Awards" in London a total of 1,080 companies entered this year.

The firm, a new entry into the Best Companies list, gets its best scores for the Wellbeing of its 127 employees (a positive score of 81%). People don't suffer from work-related stress (89%), feel too much pressure to perform well (85%) or think they are spending too much time working (76%).
