Millstream Management Services Limited is a dedicated company responsible for the ongoing management and upkeep of retirement developments built by Churchill Retirement Living.
We are seeking a Residential Lodge Manager for St Peter's Lodge, Portishead.
St Peter's Lodge is a development consisting of 53 privately owned retirement apartments built by Churchill Retirement Living.
We are seeking an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills to manage the Lodge providing a safe, secure and well maintained environment for apartment Owners.
As well as delivering a high level service to Owners, the Lodge Manager will oversee and work closely with contractors. A sensitive and diplomatic approach when faced with difficult situations is an essential requirement for this post.
The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm and the package includes a salary circa £12,300 p.a., 24 days holiday and payment of rent and Council Tax on a spacious 2 bed apartment provided.
Experience in a caring profession or property management is an advantage.
