Millstream Management Services Limited is a progressive, fast growing dedicated company responsible for the ongoing management and upkeep of retirement developments.

We require a Business Development Manager to expand our business. This position is "hands on” and the ideal candidate will be able to propose and instigate ways to develop the business through opportunities to manage for new clients, increasing the volume of re-sales and introducing alternative services. In addition, you will be required to value and negotiate the sale of apartments.

This is an important role that would suit those who possess the desire and drive to succeed. Ideally you will be proactive, enthusiastic and have good selling and negotiating skills together with some experience in a property management environment

Churchill Retirement Living was placed 25th in the "Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for Awards" in London a total of 1,080 companies entered this year.

The firm, a new entry into the Best Companies list, gets its best scores for the Wellbeing of its 127 employees (a positive score of 81%). People don't suffer from work-related stress (89%), feel too much pressure to perform well (85%) or think they are spending too much time working (76%).
