UK Over 50's Housing Award 2009
Churchill Retirement Living has just won yet another top accolade for its high quality retirement housing: it was awarded the UK's Best Retirement Housing Operator, the highest in this category, by the UK Over 50s Housing Weekly News magazine
A policy of providing competitively priced, attractively designed accommodation for the UK's growing retirement-age population is reaping rewards for Churchill Retirement Living.
Churchill Retirement Living has just won yet another top accolade for its high quality retirement housing: it was awarded the UK's Best Retirement Housing Operator, the highest in this category, by the UK Over 50s Housing Weekly News magazine.
According to Esmonde Crawley, Editor of UK Over 50s Housing Weekly, the awards are in their inaugural year and have been created to celebrate and reward excellence in the country's over 50s housing sector, giving recognition to efforts to advance the profitability and surplus of all industry sectors. "Churchill Retirement Living's developments surpassed all our expectations in terms of ethos of design, quality of build, and overall delivery of lifestyle and comfort in retirement and they were therefore an obvious winner," he commented. "Their developments enhance, via innovation, the customer experience and enjoyment and were the best examples in their particular category."
Spencer McCarthy, Chairman and Group Managing Director of Churchill Retirement Living said: "We are delighted to have been recognized as leaders in our field, particularly by UK Over 50s Housing Weekly News which is a market leader itself, in research and reporting of all the trends and challenges to the financial, development, building and senior housing management sectors."
