The site has been purchased with outline planning permission; however Churchill will be submitting a new planning application for one and two-bedroom purpose-built retirement apartments. The site has unfortunately been rundown for many years now, however since purchasing it we have already hoarded the site so that it is better presented and we hope to commence demolition of the remaining

buildings within 4 weeks. Our aim has been to tidy up the area until we are able to get planning permission for a retirement scheme. Subject to planning, our aim is to return this part of Bournemouth to its former glory; we hope to start construction within the next 12 months with completion expected 14 months thereafter.
