Company Retirement Property Requirements - Churchill Retirement Living

Having extensively researched the retirement market, it is essential that we buy sites in the right locations. The majority of Churchill Retirement Living purchasers move to a purpose-built retirement development to be closer to the essential shops and amenities.

This is particularly important if they have given up their car or are thinking about it. We provide a 1:3 ratio of car parking spaces on all our developments, therefore, increasing the unit numbers which, in turn, means we can pay more for your site.

  • Regular shaped sites from 0.4 - 1.5 acres with or without planning permission
  • Sites close to town centre shops and amenities
  • Sites in high profile locations on main roads or busy local roads
