The Eastleigh Borough has coastline which stretches a long the Solent and the Hamble river in Hampshire along the South Coast of England together with 800 acres of adjoining unspoilt countryside.

The town itself is a modern, comprehensive shopping centre with a very good selection of high street shops and independent retailers alongside essential amenities.

There are three supermarkets in the town centre; a Sainsbury's, Tesco Metro and Iceland and a good range of restaurants and cafes. The town also has an indoor shopping centre, The Swan Centre, with further shops and several major high street clothing and accessory retailers. Eastleigh library is also located within The Swan Centre.
