We are a well-established national company specialising in the construction of purpose built retirement developments. We have extremely experienced land teams to help us identify suitable sites for development throughout England and Wales.
Being a “cash rich” privately owned company, we have total flexibility to respond to any land introduction.
I personally am heavily involved in the land acquisition process and I can guarantee you a swift, no nonsense decision in the strictest confidence on any site that you may introduce, something I am sure you do not always receive when dealing with other companies.
Our land teams work closely with our lawyers to ensure that the sites we proceed on are progressed as expeditiously as possible to ensure a swift conclusion to the satisfaction of all parties concerned.
Apart from dealing with your site in a professional manner, we ensure that we pay generous introduction fees for all sites on which we exchange that were not already known to us.
Our developments consist of one and two bedroom self-contained apartments with a communal Owners’ Lounge and a Guest Suite available on every development.
From talking to our Customers, I know that where we build is every bit as important as what we build. We strive to ensure that our developments will not be more than a half mile stroll from the local shops or town centre, so everything our Customers need is within easy reach. With the location in mind, it is also important that we build on regular shaped sites since, in order to maintain security, our developments have to be in a single block.
