Does your land fit our requirements?
It is essential that we buy sites for retirement developments in the right locations.
We therefore have strict criteria that any land we buy must meet.
- Regular shaped sites from 0.4 - 1.5 acres with or without planning permission
- Sites close to town centre shops and amenities
- Sites in high profile locations on main roads or busy local roads
This is important because the majority of Churchill Retirement Living purchasers move to a purpose-built retirement development to be closer to the essential shops and amenities. Unfortunately, this means that if your site doesn’t meet our criteria we will not be able to buy it from you.

- Garages/car sales
- Petrol filling stations
- Nursing homes
- Residential houses on large plots
- Site assembly of residential houses
- Commercial and retail units
