We are at present the second largest developer in the sector and maintain our position as the fastest growing privately owned Company in the retirement market.  Our success continues to be recognised by others and in 2010 we were voted “The Most Outstanding Retirement Housing Operator in the UK” for the 3rd consecutive year at the Over 50’s Housing Awards.  We were cited by the judges as having ‘‘surpassed all our expectations in terms of ethos of design, quality of build, and overall delivery of lifestyle and comfort in retirement.”

Our success is built primarily upon the people who work for and with Churchill Retirement Living and because of this we were particularly proud to achieve a place in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For awards for the second consecutive year in 2011.

In 2009 we were able to embark on a new 5 year expansion programme, the fruits of which are already evident in 2010/11 as we continue to launch fantastic new sites to meet the growing demand for sheltered accommodation in the UK.
