Stratton & King is a retirement estate agency who specialise in the marketing of retirement housing throughout the UK. Working in conjunction with the award winning Churchill Retirement Living Ltd and Millstream Management Services Ltd, you will be joining a rapidly growing, forward thinking company, who really value their employees.
As a consequence of our success, we now require two additional team members. You will be based in our Ringwood Office, working Monday to Friday, and some travel across the country may be required.

About the Role
We are seeking two full time experienced Negotiators, who have a proven track record in the property industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Booking and conducting Market Appraisals
- Booking and following up on viewings
- Negotiating the best possible price for our vendors
- Keeping our vendors up to date with the marketing of their property
- Sales Progression
- Increasing our portfolio of available properties
- Assisting in the creation of all marketing literature
The working hours for this role are 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am – 5.00 pm on a Friday. No weekend work. Additional hours may be required during busy periods.
You must have proven experience within the property industry and have great communication skills. You will be a positive, self-motivated individual, who is able to display initiative and exceptional customer service.
It is essential that you have excellent computer skills, have the ability to prioritise tasks and are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
We will help you develop your skills and knowledge through a combination of in-house training and nationally recognised qualifications.
