About the role

As the Regional Secretary for our brand new Northern Office, you will have an extremely varied, highly interesting and rewarding set of responsibilities.

 You will be the go-to person for the Directors of the region and be trusted to organise the office, from the furniture, facilities and stationery to any maintenance issues and health & safety requirements.

You will provide confidential administration and support services to the Regional Managing Director and Senior Colleagues, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times. You will also be involved in administering recruitment and HR matters coordinating in-between the Regional Managing Director and our Group HR team.

Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of reports and documentation, carrying out research projects, managing calls and enquiries; and last but by no means least organising the regional Christmas party.

No two days will be the same in this fast-paced role. You will have the opportunity to be involved in many different aspects of this rapidly expanding region and develop your skills and experience along the way.

This is an office based position working 9:00 – 5:30 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 0 5:00 on Friday.

About you

We are looking for a proactive, confident and versatile Senior Administrator, who thrives in multi-faceted role and learning new skills.

The successful person will have transferable experience, which may include Project Coordination, Secretarial Support, Facilities and Office Management. However; it is your ability to multi-task, use your initiative and think one step ahead which will be invaluable.

We are also looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident using all Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint.
