Accounts & Finance

Our Finance Team follows a structured timetable,  and whether meeting the requirements of key stakeholders or statutory bodies, the department's role is always varied. Finance impacts on all parts of the business and therefore it is important to understand every stage of the business model to provide the support needed to ensure we are meeting our financial and operational KPIs and building a successful and award-winning business.

There are many facets to the Accounts and Finance team.  Our Ledger team are responsible for ensuring our suppliers, subcontractors and Colleagues expenses are paid on time, whilst our Payroll team are responsible for ensuring Colleagues are paid on time and are compliant with legislation.  

The Management Accounting team ensure that all Colleagues have the information they need to make key business decisions and provide information that forms part of our longer term modelling to support the Group's growth plans.  

Our Accounts & Finance team are responsible for recommending, implementing and monitoring effective internal controls to ensure processes keep pace with the company's growing ambitions and the technological improvements that are available to us
