About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Feedback administrator to be the point of contact for anybody coming into contact with the business to manage and deal with feedback, complaints and correspondence. You will be required to maintain a relationship with our Customers in a sensitive and appropriate manner through to the resolution of the issue. Thus a keen eye for detail and a professional manner is expected at all times.
You will be required to work at a fast pace, deal with complex issues in a helpful manner, and send well-constructed replies both orally and in writing in response to Customers that contact the Company.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.30pm and Fridays 9am – 5pm.
