About the role
It is exciting times here at Churchill Retirement Living PLC, due to our bold growth plans we are recruiting for a Home Exchange Consultant to support the Company’s growing Home Exchange business, based in Ringwood, Hampshire.
You will support the HX sales process from the initial enquiry through to legal completion. Your duties will include obtaining and preparing HX offers and assisting with offer presentations and progressing sales through to legal completion. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on sales progress, preparing correspondence and handling telephone enquiries.
You will build strong relationships and liaise with Sales Managers and Executives, Solicitors, Customers, External Part Exchange companies and Colleagues at all levels internally; these relationships are essential to ensure that you are able to assist the sales process from offer through to legal completion.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. There may be a requirement to attend events, functions and meetings from time to time, which could result in the occasional overnight stay.
Ideally you will have experience in property sales and sales administration including an understanding of the Sales process within estate agency or similar including conveyance through to legal completion.
You will have strong organisational and administration skills with attention to detail as well as the ability to pro-actively manage a demanding workload and work on your own initiative.
Additionally, you will be IT literate with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, CRM and database packages. A knowledge of COINs would be desirable.
