About the role

We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst to work with the IT Project Manager to implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity of the business’s key software platforms.

The role will also help evaluate new products and services the business is interested in, including current and emerging technologies, to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned to help with the business’s strategic growth. You will work on complex projects supporting dependency requirements across a range of delivery teams, analysing and creating system procedural documentation and standards.

You will influence through being a member of relevant business steering groups, ensuring IT are a business enabler and aligned with key stakeholder’s initiatives.

Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.

About you

It’s important that you have strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, with 3+ years’ demonstrable experience as an IT Business Analyst providing improved efficiencies and productivity of business processes for software platforms and infrastructure technologies. It is essential that you have a recognised business analysis qualification.

You should be familiar with Change Management and Business Analysis tools and techniques (MS Visio).

The successful IT Business Analyst will have exceptional planning and organisation skills, with the ability to translate research into systems improvement with a high level of interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. You will have excellent written skills and be competent at producing detailed procedure documents.
