About the role

It is exciting times here at Churchill Retirement Living and due to our bold growth plans we are recruiting for an ICT Service Desk Analyst to support the Company’s growing ICT business, based in Ringwood, Hampshire.

You will provide user support and customer service on all company supported computers, applications and software as well as troubleshooting problems and advising users on appropriate actions.

The key requirements of the role are to allocate the teams workload by responding to the Service Desk tickets to enable the team to effectively support all colleagues.

You will be the first point of contact for all support tickets, where possible resolving or re-assigning as appropriate to other team members. Work would typically include creating new starter accounts, desktop & remote support and building/configuring PC’s and laptops.

You will be required to follow standard Service Desk procedures.

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have previous ICT Service Desk experience with a good working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, a knowledge of Microsoft products and computers and printers in general. Previous experience of ServiceNow Help Desk system or a similar ticket system is desirable.

This is a busy role so you will work well in busy environments and will be able to effectively prioritise your workload with a strong emphasis on customer service.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have effective analytical and problem solving skills and have a high level of attention to detail. You will also be highly organised, be capable of managing your own workload and capable of working alone or as part of a team.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. There may be an occasional requirement to travel but most of the role is office based.
