About the role

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT projects across the business, ensuring that projects are communicated and delivered to the highest standards, that they are mobilised in the right way, that the outcomes are clear, and that progress is driven to ensure that scope, time, quality, and cost targets are met on a consistent basis.

You will leverage the full capabilities of the Company’s existing software platforms including but not limited to COINS (ERP System) and DocuWare (Document Management System), as well as infrastructure technologies such as Microsoft/Office 365. 

As the Project lead you will assist the Head of IT evaluate new software platforms and infrastructure technologies, including the creation of business proposals. You will be a key part as we move towards cloud adoption and full digital transformation. 

You will influence through being a key member of relevant business steering groups, ensuring IT are a business enabler and aligned with key stakeholder’s initiatives.

Office based, hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.

About you

It’s important that you have strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, with

5+ years’ demonstrable experience of managing successful IT projects. You should be familiar with Project Management, Business Analysis and Change Management tools and techniques (MS Project, MS Visio).

You will have the proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously and hold a PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate the effective use of a Scrum framework with an agile mindset and thrive on developing, delivering, and sustaining complex projects. 

We seek a solutions orientated applicant with the ability to connect with all key stakeholders so you will possess a high level of interpersonal skills and stakeholder management to understand and translate technical terminology to non-technical teams, as well as existing and emerging technologies.
