About the role

We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join us in our St Albans office to support the Eastern region.  You will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to meet targets and budgets, and to best represent the Company by building and maintain relationships internally and externally with influential business contacts.

You will be creative, continually developing and exploring new ideas to increase leads and will analyse trends in our performance.  You’ll be proactive and will want to drive the Company’s success forward by actively seeking new ways to highlight our successes and awards. 

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00pm on Friday, with one hour for lunch.  Some flexibility in terms of hours may be required due to events and meetings outside the office.

About you

You will have proven marketing management experience or have worked in a senior capacity for a number of years. You will enjoy both online and offline marketing building engaging and captivating campaigns across the Eastern region. A formal qualification such as CIM or a Degree would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be creative, up-to-date with latest marketing trends and social media channels. Negotiation and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to analyse and to manage budgets.  

Your tact and influencing skills will be natural qualities with a calm and flexible approach to difficult situations.
