About the role

As this is a key Customer/Visitor/Colleague facing role we’re looking for a professional, well presented, articulate and courteous Receptionist to join us at our stunning head office in Ringwood. We want to ensure that first and last impressions provide the best standard of customer service.

Duties will include operating a busy switchboard and directing calls, managing emails, incoming and outgoing mail and overseeing the booking of meeting rooms.

As support for the Facilities department you will have a variety of duties including management of the post system, ensuring there are adequate supplies of stationary, organising contractors and monitoring elements of health and safety.

About you

You will have previous receptionist and/or facilities experience with anexcellent telephone manner, clear verbal communication skills, have good interpersonal skills and excellent IT skills.

You must be smart and presentable in order to greet and assist individuals at all levels at a busy front desk reception.

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00pm on Friday, with one hour for lunch.
