About the role

The Recruitment Advisor is a brand new opportunity created to support our bold growth plans and will play a pivotal role in ensuring we continue to attract and engage the very best talent in the market.

Reporting to the Recruitment Partner, the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process of their own allocated vacancies. Coordinating the process from the initial vacancy brief with the Hiring Manager to performing telephone interviews, organising face to face interviews and processing offers.

You will have full ownership of your individual vacancies, whilst being supported by the Recruitment Partner and the wider HR team. You will be recruiting for a range of vacancies for the business including our Sales Executives, Administration Support and Customer Service functions across the UK.

This is an exciting and varied in-house recruitment role, working for an award winning business that you will be proud to represent.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm and Friday, 9am to 5pm. The role is based in our stunning Head Office in Ringwood, but will require some travel.

About you

The successful person will have previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition within a busy and fast paced environment. Whether you are working in an agency or in-house role it is important that you take a proactive approach to engaging talent and pride yourself on providing a positive candidate experience.

You will be confident to advertise vacancies, screen CVs to assess suitability, source candidates from CV databases and perform telephone interviews.

Our new Recruitment Advisor will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with ease and be confident conversing with people at all levels. You will who have a genuine interest in the art of recruitment and keen to develop your skills and expertise.

You will be joining a highly successful HR team who all work together in support of one another to help the business and our people achieve their goals.
