Churchill Retirement Living is growing fast and we’re looking for talented Sales Executives across the country to join our award winning team.
About the role
As a Sales Executive you’ll be the person that makes a true difference to the lives of our customers as you introduce them to the world of independent retirement living.
You will take ownership of your development and undertake the end-to-end process from the customer’s initial enquiry and visit to your development to processing their reservation; and most importantly handing over the keys to the customer as they start the next chapter of their lives in our stunning retirement Lodge.
This is a varied, challenging and highly rewarding opportunity!
Rewards & Benefits: Competitive base salary, OTE £50,000 (uncapped) plus car allowance and excellent benefits.

We are looking for Sales Executives who are passionate about building customer relationships and delivering the very best service. You’ll love talking with people and have a clear and confident communication style, combined with lots of initiative and self-motivation.
Our Colleagues are professional ambassadors for Churchill, selling responsibly to match customer needs, immersing yourself at every step of the journey. You will be patient with a supportive approach and ensure our customers are at ease.
Previous property or new homes experience is an advantage however, we also look for transferable skills, experience and knowledge. You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence.
