Churchill calls for locals to name new Ruddington development and win £100

Churchill Retirement Living has launched a competition for local people to name its new retirement development which will be coming soon to Ruddington, having received planning permission in April.

The retirement specialist is inviting local residents to put forward a name for the development of 43 one and two bedroom apartments situated on Manor Park, close to the high street. The new development will be conveniently located just a short walk from local shops and amenities, and well served by public transport.

The competition closing date is 31st May 2021 and the lucky winner will receive £100 from Churchill Retirement Living. The winning name will also appear on the development itself and in all related marketing literature.

The new privately-owned apartments will provide attractive, high quality, secure, self-contained accommodation in landscaped grounds. Buyers will have the benefits of a communal Owners’ Lounge, a Guest Suite, a Lodge Manager, and a 24 hour emergency call alarm service.

Churchill’s Regional Marketing Manager Bernadette Hennelly said: “We’re delighted to be bringing our new development to Ruddington and have seen lots of interest from local over 60s keen to find out more about the benefits of the retirement living lifestyle. Anyone interested in finding out more about what this new development has to offer can register their interest now for updates, and be among the first to find out when the apartments will be released for sale.”

To enter the naming competition, please send your suggested name and the reason for it along with your name, address and phone number to: Freepost, CHURCHILL RETIREMENT LIVING, or by email to bernadette.hennelly@crl.co.uk by 31st May 2021 (and keep in mind that Churchill Retirement Living development names always end in ‘Lodge’). If more than one person suggests the winning name, the winner will be randomly selected. The chosen name is subject to approval by the Local Authority.
