New Fleet retirement development named Jubilee Lodge in honour of The Queen

At its official launch this March, Churchill Retirement Living’s new development in Fleet has been named Jubilee Lodge in a nod to Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

A new CGI image of Jubilee Lodge has been released to coincide with the development’s official launch. With the new Show Complex available to view from April and first occupations anticipated by the summer, Churchill is encouraging interested buyers to get in touch now to avoid disappointment.

Churchill’s Regional Marketing Manager Caroline Haswell said: “For every new Churchill development we like to choose a name with a connection to the local community. However, in this instance we wanted to celebrate this special year by naming it in honour of Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We hope Jubilee Lodge will be a place where local people can follow Her Majesty’s excellent example by living a full and active lifestyle, pursuing their passions and continuing to play a positive part in society in their later years.”

Jubilee Lodge is a collection of one and two bedroom retirement apartments designed exclusively for the over 60s, and available to reserve now. It will offer safe, low maintenance and independent living close to local shops and amenities. As with all Churchill Retirement Living developments, buyers will have the benefits of a communal Owners’ Lounge, a Guest Suite, a Lodge Manager, and a 24 hour emergency call alarm service.
