What financial incentives are on offer for buyers?
We have a number of packages and incentives. Our ‘Selling Made Easy’ service takes away the stresses and strains associated with selling a property. We deal with estate agents on the purchasers’ behalf to help ensure that the property is being well marketed and viewings are being arranged to secure a sale as quickly as possible at a good market price.
Alternatively, our Home Exchange service provides a simple and effective alternative to selling on the open market. It means homeowners can move into their new property far faster and takes away the hassle of selling an existing property.
We also offer £2,000 towards estate agent's fees and £500 towards panel solicitor's fees. In addition we’ll also pay for home removals, including all packing and unwrapping.
Owners are also given a Churchill Reward Card, which provides our owners with a number of exclusive discounts and deals with selected businesses.

We offer a range of communal facilities for owners, such as the Owners’ Lounge, which hosts regular social events - this is a feature of all developments. When friends and family visit, a Guest Suite is also available for their use. We also have wellbeing suites on selected developments and new to 2015 are coffee bars and fitness rooms.

What after sales support do you offer?
Alongside a ten year NHBC warranty, we have a two year warranty covering our apartments. If there is any need for repairs we have skilled technicians who will fix any problems. They build a good rapport with our owners and we do our best to exceed their expectations.
All our retirement developments have a Lodge Manager, who is there to provide support for owners. The importance we place on our Lodge Managers is crucial as they are fundamental to the running and feel of our developments. In the case of an emergency they can be contacted via a personal pendant or from call points located within the building. During periods when the Lodge Manager is off duty, any emergencies are covered by the 24 hour Careline response system
Ongoing maintenance of properties is provided by our subsidiary, Millstream Management Services who ensure the properties remain well maintained and cared for.
What’s next for Churchill?
We are always evolving, from the most up to date design and build, to added extras in developments.
We’re currently funding a PhD research project that aims to explore what the homes of older people could look like in the future. The research, which is already one year into a three year study, seeks to influence the design response to specialist retirement housing.
Added to this, as a business we have started expanding from our traditional patch in the South of England, moving further into the Midlands and to the North.
