Churchill Retirement Living has launched a competition for local people to name its new retirement development which is coming soon to Westwood Cross in Kent, with construction soon due to commence at the former car dealership on Nash Road.
The retirement specialist is inviting local residents to put forward a name for the development of 49 one and two bedroom apartments situated in the heart of the town, ideally located close to Westwood Cross main shopping centre which offers a variety of entertainment, as well as a vast assortment of high street stores, and with good public transport connections.
The competition closing date is 30 September 2022 and the lucky winner will receive £100 from Churchill Retirement Living. The winning name will also appear on the development itself and in all related marketing literature.
The new privately-owned apartments will provide attractive, high quality, secure, self-contained accommodation in landscaped grounds. Buyers will have the benefits of a shared owners’ lounge, a guest suite, a Lodge Manager, and a 24 hour emergency call alarm service.
Churchill’s Regional Marketing Manager Anne Scherrer said: “We’re delighted to be bringing our new development to Westwood Cross and have seen lots of interest from local over 60s keen to find out more about the benefits of the retirement living lifestyle. Anyone interested in finding out more about what the new development will offer can register their interest now for updates, and be among the first to find out when the apartments will be released for sale.”
To enter the naming competition, please send your suggested name and the reason for it along with your name, address and phone number to: Freepost, CHURCHILL RETIREMENT LIVING, WESTWOOD CROSS NAMING COMPETITION or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 30 September 2022 (and keep in mind that Churchill Retirement Living development names always end in ‘Lodge’).
