Welcome Centre opens at new Yate retirement development

Churchill Retirement Living has opened an on-site Welcome Centre at its new Trewin Lodge development in Yate due to high demand from local retirees. The Company has also released new CGI images showing what the completed development and six adjoining retirement cottages will look like.

With 17% of apartments already reserved, potential purchasers are being encouraged to make an appointment to visit the new Welcome Centre at the site on Normandy Drive to secure one of the purpose built one and two bedroom retirement apartments.

Caroline Haswell, Regional Marketing Manager for Churchill Retirement Living said: "We are delighted to be bringing our new development to Yate, and we're looking forward to welcoming people to our new Welcome Centre to give them a taste of what the Churchill lifestyle is all about. Our private one and two bedroom apartments offer security, peace of mind and independent living, along with community and support. Being in a manageable home with no worries about maintenance gives our Owners more time to spend doing the things they enjoy, making new friends and being part of a new community.

We have already seen lots of interest from local over 60s keen to find out more about the benefits of retirement living with Churchill, and 17% of the apartments are already reserved, so I'd encourage anyone who wants to find out more to come and see us now to avoid missing out.

Churchill's new Trewin Lodge development - named after local WWII hero Leonard Trewin - will comprise 65 privately owned, self-contained apartments that are specifically designed for the over 60s. Offering quality retirement accommodation and safe and independent living, the development is in a convenient location close to local shops and amenities.
