Living in Peacehaven

This development of retirement homes is located in Peacehaven, a pretty little seaside town situated in East Sussex, ideally positioned so that some apartments boast beautiful sea views.

  • Peacehaven itself dates back to the Bronze Age, but the town was properly established in 1916 by entrepreneur Charles Neville. He offered plots of land as prizes and so began the building of the town. Workers from the cities started building makeshift homes, some out of old railway carriages and army huts, giving them somewhere to enjoy their holidays.
  • It is just six miles from Brighton, perfect if you want to take a day trip to the city of Brighton and Hove.
