This small seaside town in Essex is part of the Parish of Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze. The development is situated within easy reach of the high street and offers a range of independent shops, eateries and a couple of local supermarkets.

Frinton-on-Sea and the surrounding area of Walton-on-the-Naze offer a broad range of leisure facilities. The leisure centre has an indoor pool and gym that can be found within a mile of the site. Walton has two theatres that offer pantomimes, drama and a range of live entertainment.

The town of Frinton-on-sea has a cricket club, tennis club and golf club - ideal for the more active retiree. Being on the seafront there are vast amounts of walks and cycling paths from Frinton-on-Sea to surrounding towns.

This traditional town offers a bakery, a butchers, a fishmongers and a greengrocers, so you can buy the weekly shop from local suppliers. 

Walton-on-the-Naze has an 86ft navigational tower that houses an art gallery, museum, tea room and roof viewing platform with spectacular panoramic views. Located on the sea front is a former lifeboat house, which is now a museum that houses the history of the town.

With excellent transport links, the local train station is situated within walking distance from the development and there are many local buses that provide access to surrounding towns such as Walton-on-the-Naze, Colchester, Holland-on-Sea and Clacton-on-Sea.

Our apartments come with tiled shower rooms as standard, while some of them have separate en-suites and cloakrooms as well – all designed for ease of use and with the needs of our customers in mind.

All apartments are stringently inspected by our Customer Services department to ensure they are handed over to the standard of finish and quality expected by our customers.

Many of our developments have beautifully furnished Owners’ Lounges that are designed with our customers in mind. They have wifi and many of them feature coffee bars, so they’re ideal for socialising with new neighbours. You can also just relax in the corner with a good book if you prefer. The Owners’ Lounge can be booked out for an event, which is ideal for birthdays , while we run a number of events in the Owners’ Lounge throughout the year.

Lodge Manager

Every single one of our developments has a Lodge Manager on-site who is on hand to help with all manner of different things. They look after the maintenance of the development and oversee any work being carried out, but they are a friendly point of contact when you want someone to talk to, as well as arranging events in the development throughout the year. They’re also available if you want to lock up and leave your apartment for a holiday, and will ensure everything is secure when you’re away.

Guest Suite

All of our developments have a Guest Suite provided for visiting relatives or friends. Reservations are arranged via the Lodge Manager and can be booked in advance. The Guest Suite is ideal if you want to have your loved ones close by during their visit.

Landscape Grounds

Each development is individually designed to blend comfortably with neighbouring properties. A great deal of importance is placed on the communal grounds, providing a welcome retreat for you, your family and friends. Some developments have beautiful gardens, others have landscaped grounds and some even feature a roof terrace – ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the summer months.

Car Parking

Our retirement developments all have on-site parking available and are for our Owners. We take extra care to ensure our developments are close to town centres and with good public transport links, so many of our Owners choose to give up their cars, preferring not to have the burden of maintenance and running costs.
