Features

Standard features

All apartments at Churchill Retirement Living are completely self-contained with their own front door, providing you with privacy and peace and quiet when you want it.

There is a choice of one and two bedroom apartments and they may all vary slightly when it comes to dimensions and position of rooms.

Kitchens are tiled with colour-coordinated worktops, and come fully fitted with a waist-height oven, hob, hood and fridge/freezer. Most of our developments also have integral washer/dryers fitted in all apartments as standard.

Our standards

The master bedrooms have fitted mirror-front wardrobes as well as TV and telephone points, with even the smallest details considered.

The apartments come with tiled shower rooms as standard, while some of them have separate en-suites and cloakrooms as well – all designed for ease of use and with the needs of our customers in mind.

All apartments are stringently inspected by our Customer Services department to ensure they are handed over to the standard of finish and quality expected by our customers.

Mr Woods

Petlands Lodge, Haywards Heath

“Having looked at other apartments in the area I settled on Petlands Lodge, for the central location and free parking. My apartment has a balcony which is most enjoyable in the lovely summer weather we have. It really is a pleasure living at Petlands Lodge.”

Beecham Lodge, Cirencester

My children heard about Beecham Lodge and recommended I take a look, as they knew it would make a real difference for me to live somewhere completely new. The whole process of moving was just wonderful, everything went smoothly, the sales executives were extremely helpful and it was such a weight off my mind.

Cirencester: in the heart of the Cotswolds

Beecham Lodge is located on Somerford Road, a picturesque residential area half a mile from the centre of Cirencester. Known as ‘the capital of the Cotswolds’, Cirencester is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful areas in England.

  • Within walking distance, you will find local amenities including a convenience store, pharmacy and local fish and chip shop for those Friday night suppers.
  • Cirencester has an abundance of cultural attractions including the Corinium Museum, Roman Amphitheatre and the Abbey Grounds.
  • The town itself features one of the oldest Charter Markets in the country - a shopping experience not to be missed with plants, outdoor furniture, wicker baskets, food and household goods available. In addition, the Market Place within the town offers something for everyone, with a choice of high street stores, independent retailers, local boutiques, cafes and restaurants, as well as Bishops Walk undercover shopping centre.
  • Just three miles from Beecham Lodge is Cirencester Golf Club, where golfers of all levels are welcome to turn up and play without booking.
  • For those venturing further afield, Cirencester provides great links via motorway or rail to the cities of Oxford, Bristol and the south coast of Wales.
  • Residents are close enough to take full advantage of the Cotswolds, enjoy leisurely days out exploring nearby Berkeley Castle, the Cotswold Wildlife Park or a family picnic at Sudeley Castle and gardens.
