All apartments are stringently inspected by our Customer Services department to ensure they are handed over to the standard of finish and quality expected by our customers.

Pat Howell

Churchill Owner

"Just across the road we have a handy bus service and various shopping centres, other places of interest such as services museums and an outdoor outlet park which is a hive of activity.  As for me this is one long holiday, lovely walks, a long sea front, some places quiet and peaceful and others full of activity."

"Everything I need is close by, the location couldn’t be better. I’ve still got my car at the minute but I decided to sell it because I just don’t need it anymore."

Life in Hitchin

This beautiful new development in Hitchin is in a fantastic, central location with all amenities close by. The bustling town centre offers a library, choice of supermarkets, a post office, coffee shops and an array of high street shops.

  • Hitchin is a pretty market town in the north of Hertfordshire. Probably most well known for a certain purple plant, Hitchin is home to Hitchin Lavender, a farm that contains around 25 miles of lavender rows.
  • Hitchin Lavender has a children's play area and also grows sunflowers and wildflowers at the base. It's the perfect location for enjoying a day out with the family to take in the scenery.
  • St Mary's Church is located in the heart of the town and featured in the Domesday Book. The font dates back to the 15th Century and the church is a popular focal point of the town.
  • A market takes place every week on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and there's also a craft and farmer's market on the last Saturday of the month, so you can find everything you need.
