  • Renewable technologies to supply hot water and heating to reduce electricity bills.
  • We also insulate our developments to a very high standard.
  • The need to turn the heating on is kept to a minimum.
  • Owners are consulted annually
  • We always aim to keep the cost as low as possible.

“Living in a Churchill Apartment is absolutely marvellous. The whole building is so nice and warm all the time that we’ve hardly had to use the heating inside our apartment. When we do turn it up a notch or two it’s nice to know we don’t have to worry about the cost or the environmental impact, as it’s all so energy efficient and covered within our annual service charge.”

Testimonials

Yvonne Gee

“I love the garden and look forward to the summer when I can sit out on the grass. This was a big attraction when I was looking for a place. It has been lovely to know there are other folk around you and we can meet up for coffee and tea and even hot lunches, courtesy of our wonderful Lodge Manager. We have so much going on – my friends ask me when I am free”

Mr Dent & Milo

“I was very pleased to hear that pets are allowed at the Lodge, as there’s no way I would have moved without Milo. He loves it here too, and we’re in the ideal location for walks in the park or along the high street. He’s 13 years old so we don’t go too far these days to save his legs – and mine! It’s great to be right in the heart of town close to everything we need.”

Harriet Garfitt

“It’s pretty big for a one bedroom apartment, with a huge bedroom which doubles as a study. I have masses of storage space too, a big kitchen and a big bathroom. My apartment faces southwest over our glorious garden, and there is natural light at both ends of my hallway. There’s also a staircase opposite my front door, which is a big plus, so I can take the stairs and rarely need to use the lift and hallways.”

Alan Little

Now that I’m here too I feel very settled and everyone is very nice and helpful. My apartment is all brand new, it’s a one bedroom but has plenty of room, there is lots of cupboard space in the kitchen and everything’s perfect for me.
