Churchill Retirement Living is pleased to announce its success in the South Coast Business Awards by winning the RSM Tenon Award for Customer Service.
The award presented to Spencer McCarthy, Dean Marlow, Suzanne Revell and Suzanne Murphy of Churchill Retirement Living, on Friday 12th July, was given in recognition of“a genuine and innovative focus on customer service and care” – something that Churchill prides itself on providing.
The RSM Tenon Award for Customer Service was judged on criteria including customer service objectives and strategy, business performance, customer care and staff development plans. Spencer McCarthy comments: “the success of this award has been achieved through our exceptional customer service. We are delighted that our attention to this area of the business has been reflected in these awards for local companies along the South Coast.”
The judges were looking for the fulfilment of several different criteria as they considered the shortlist, among which was a clear relationship between customer service activities and improved business performance, as well as a clear understanding of customer needs. The judges said “Churchill Retirement Living won the RSM Tenon Customer Service Award because they clearly demonstrated that customer service forms the foundation of their business. The management team took this to a new level by sending a team to America to see how customer service is delivered in the USA. This has led to numerous initiatives being implemented on their return creating customer satisfaction levels at an all-time high.” Churchill is the fastest growing privately owned Company in the retirement market, and its commitment to excellent service throughout the buying and owning process has certainly helped it achieve this unique position in the marketplace.
