Choices Campaign - Cashback

  • The Cashback offer is exclusively in conjunction with our Home Exchange service only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  Please visit this link for more information on our Home Exchange service.   
  • This Cashback offer will be calculated as a reduction of the purchase price of your chose apartment.  Please see clause 3 for further details.
  • The reduction in the purchase price is calculated at 3% of the purchase price, up to a maximum of £20,000 and a minimum of £10,000, which will be applied upon legal completion.        
  • Churchill Retirement Living will meet the standard solicitor's legal administration charges when using a Panel Solicitor, up to a maximum of £500.00 (excludes fees for additional work).
  • Removal costs will be paid in full when using the standard pack and unpack service with a Churchill approved professional removal company.  For moves within England and Wales only - please liaise with your Sales Executive if your move is from an alternative location.

Spreading Festive Cheer

  • The competition is open to those who currently live in the UK only and are aged 65 and over, except employees of Churchill Retirement Living, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
  • There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  • The winners will be selected by a panel of judges from Churchill Retirement Living and the nominator will be informed by email a week prior to the event.
  • Winning entrants only will be contacted via the contact information provided after the competition has ended, to be informed that they have won. 
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
  • In taking part in the competition, the winners consent to promotional activity including event photography, press release and social media posts.

Summer break promotion

  • A free 2-night stay in our Experience Apartment or Guest Suite.
  • The maximum stay is 2 nights and to book this you should contact the Sales Executive at the development.
  • The dates of your stay must be agreed by the Lodge Manager.
  • The following locations are excluded from this promotion; Calne and Basingstoke.

Experience Apartment Stay

  • The dates of your stay must be agreed by the Lodge Manager.
  • The maximum stay is 2 nights and to book this you should contact the Sales Executive at the development.
  • Experience Apartment overnight stays are only available on selected sites.

Guest Suite Stay

  • The dates of your stay must be agreed by the Lodge Manager.
  • The maximum stay is 5 nights and to book this you should contact the Sales Executive at the development.
  • Guest Suite overnight stays are only available on selling sites only.

Home Exchange - Guaranteed buyer

  • The guaranteed price offered for your current property is subject to contract, RIC's survey and terms and conditions of the Part Exchange Company.
  • The value of your property is calculated with input from independent valuations
    from local Estate Agents instructed by the Home Exchange Company typically based on a 4-6 week sale price.
  • Typically you will receive two weeks extra time in your property post legal
    completion to assist your move, under licence agreed with your solicitor.
  • Offers are made on the condition that your current property will be marketed from acceptance (at the discretion of the Part Exchange provider).
  • Churchill Retirement Living will meet the standard solicitor's legal administration charges when using a Panel Solicitor, up to a maximum of £500.00 (excludes fees for additional work).

  • The value of your property is calculated with input from independent valuations from local Estate Agents instructed by our Assisted Move Company typically based on a 6-8 sale price.
  • By choosing Selling Made Easy, you agree to marketing your property with chosen Estate Agents instructed by our Assisted Move Company.
  • Churchill Retirement Living will contribute to your Estate Agent fees, typically calculated at 0.5% of your property sale value, payable to your solicitor on legal completion.
  • Free energy performance certificate arranged on your behalf required to market your property.
  • Churchill Retirement Living will meet the standard solicitor's legal administration charges when using a Panel Solicitor, up to a maximum of £500.00 (excludes fees for additional work).
