1 ENTRY CRITERIA
1.1 The Churchill Retirement Living Brand Map Prize Draw is a promotional event organised by [Churchill Retirement Living Ltd] (the “organiser”)..
1.2 By entering into the Draw, you accept these Rules. The Draw and these Rules are governed by English law. Any matters relating to the Draw and/or the Rules will be resolved under English law and the Courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
1.3 The Draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of [Churchill Retirement Living Ltd], their holding, subsidiary and affiliated companies as well as the immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
1.4 Each person who completes the entire online brand map will have the opportunity to submit their email address and be entered into the Draw.
1.5 Only one entry per person will be accepted.
1.6 The Draw will close on Wednesday 26th November 2014 (“the Closing Date”).
2 WINNERS AND PRIZES
2.1 The winning entry will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent observer on Friday 5th December 2014 (the “Draw Date”).
2.2 The prize consists of vouchers worth £100, to spend on a selection of items of your choice, from John Lewis.
2.3 The prize is subject to availability. The organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
2.4 There is no cash alternative to the prize.
2.5 The organiser’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Rules and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into in respect of any such matters.
2.6 The winner will be notified by e-mail no later than thirty (30) days from the Draw Date. The winner’s name and county of residence will be available on request by sending a SAE to Churchill Retirement Head Office, Millstream House, Parkside, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 3SG.
3.1 By entering the Draw, you agree to participate in any publicity at the organisers’ reasonable request(s).
