Our Design & Technical teams work alongside our in-house Land Buyers, Town Planners, Architectural Technicians, Surveyors, Construction Team and Sales and Marketing Colleagues. They provide a professional design service assisting with all matters relating to the purchase of land and achieving planning consents for our retirement living developments.
In fact, they are involved at every stage of the building process, from creating the layout of the development, to preparing working drawings, through to providing their expertise in helping to build our developments. As well as considering the design and technical implications, the team are pivotal in creating the perfect environment for our customers.
