Churchill Foundation

In 2015, we launched the Churchill Foundation

Churchill Retirement Living is well known for its charity work and giving something back is a fundamental part of what we believe in. So in 2015, we set up the Churchill Foundation to bring all our fundraising efforts under one banner and build on the work we already do.

The Churchill Foundation is a registered charitable trust, the charity aims to transform people’s lives through investment in three key areas:

  • The relief of sickness, disease and human suffering
  • The promotion of health amongst the elderly
  • The support and wellbeing of the young

To do this we seek support for our mission from as many people as possible, including Churchill Retirement Living, Churchill Estates Management, Careline, our Owners, business partners and the local community.

We manage a Small Grants Programme to support smaller local charities with donations of up to £2,000. Since the Foundation launched in 2015, this has already helped us support several smaller charities including Hope House Children's Hospice, Newbury Cancer Care, Oakhaven Hospice, Sage House Dementia Support, The Honeypot Children's Charity and Winston's Wish to name a few.

To date, the Churchill Foundation has raised over £2 Million with money going towards many valuable causes.
