Having extensively researched the retirement market we have developed specific criteria for sites in the right locations.

• Regular shaped brownfield sites from 0.4 - 1.5 acres

• With or without planning permission

• Sites close to town centre shops and amenities

• Sites in high profile locations on main roads or busy local roads


We provide

• High notional density of our schemes

• Regeneration of under-used brownfield sites

• Low traffic generation

• Low parking requirements

We pay generous commission for high profile sites on a level walk within 0.5 miles of town centre shops and amenities.

The above criteria is important because the majority of Churchill Retirement Living purchasers move to a purpose-built retirement development to be closer to the essential shops and amenities. Unfortunately, this means that if your site doesn’t meet our criteria we will not be able to buy it from you.
