Churchill Retirement Living has launched a competition for local people to name its new retirement development in Taunton.
The retirement specialist is inviting local residents to put forward a name for the development of 72 one and two bedroom apartments on Tangier Way, overlooking the river and close to the heart of town. The new development will be conveniently located close to the local shops and amenities, and is well served by public transport.
The competition closing date is 31st July 2019 and the lucky winner will receive £100 from Churchill Retirement Living and an invitation to the development’s Grand Opening when its first Owners move in. The winning name will also appear on the development itself and in all related marketing literature.
Construction will commence shortly on the new privately-owned apartments, which once completed will provide attractive, high quality, secure, self-contained accommodation in landscaped grounds. As with all Churchill Retirement Living developments, Owners will have the benefits of a communal Owners’ Lounge, a Guest Suite, a Lodge Manager, and a 24 hour emergency call alarm service.
