Our requirements

Having extensively researched the retirement market we have developed specific criteria for our sites:

 

We buy

• Regular shaped brownfield sites from c0.4 - 2 acres

• With or without planning permission

• Sites within 0.5 miles of town centre shops and amenities by level walk

• Sites in high profile locations on main roads or busy local roads

 

We can achieve...

• Regeneration of under-used brownfield sites

• High land values

• Low traffic generation

• Low parking requirements

 

Examples of good sites for us to consider include:

• Garages/car showrooms

• Petrol filling stations

• Commercial and retail units

• Nursing homes

• Pubs/hotels

• Residential houses on large plots

• Site assembly of residential houses

• Builder's merchants

Churchill make land acquisition decisions quickly. We pay generous commission for successful introductions to high profile sites on a level walk within 0.5 mile of town centre shops and amenities.

The above criteria is important because the majority of Churchill Retirement Living purchasers move to a purpose-built retirement development to be closer to the essential shops and amenities. Unfortunately, this means that if your site doesn’t meet our criteria we will not be able to buy it from you.
