Millstream Management Services (MMS) is celebrating after securing its 100th development under management. The company, which became operational in 2006, reached the milestone this month when it acquired Alexandria Court in Ferndown, Dorset.
MMS specialises in the management of retirement developments, providing a safe and secure lifestyle and complete peace of mind for Owners. The business, which became operational in 2006, has gone from strength-to-strength, from just one development on its first day to managing 100 developments across the UK, comprising 3,876 apartments and employing 123 staff members.
