John said: “After our retirement we moved to St Buryan where we lived for 14 years, but we recently decided it was time to downsize. “When we saw Mount’s Bay Lodge was being built, there was no doubt that it was the perfect place for us. Although we’re a very active couple, we still wanted to be within easy walking distance of the local shops and amenities, as well as the railway station. The Churchill team have been fantastic throughout as well. When our home sold sooner than expected but our apartment was still under construction, Churchill offered for us to spend a month living at its other Cornish development, Tregolls Lodge in Truro, which we were very grateful for.
