Facilities at our Lodges

At all Churchill Retirement Living developments, there is a range of facilities exclusively for Owners. 

 

Lodge Manager

The Lodge Manager is responsible for the effective and smooth running of our developments. You'll find him or her a great help, from answering day-to-day queries to keeping an eye on your apartment if you go away, providing you with peace of mind for safe and secure retirement living. 

 

Communal areas

A great deal of importance is placed on the communal gardens, providing a welcome retreat for you, your family and friends.

The beautifully furnished Owners' Lounge is another popular feature of the development and provides the perfect venue for entertaining, participating in activities organised by your Lodge Manager or just relaxing with a book.

Our developments benefit from a Guest Suite, bookable in advance through the Lodge Manager, for the comfort and convenience of your family and friends to stay over when visiting. There is a lift to all floors - there’s no need to climb the stairs, so heavy shopping isn't a chore.

Some of our developments have a Wellbeing Suite, offering hairdressing, beauty therapy and treatment facilities conveniently on-site. 

Each development has a car park where spaces are available on a 'first come, first served' basis. Visitors should only park if there are specially allocated visitors' spaces.
