We want to provide our Owners with the peace of mind to relax and enjoy their new lifestyle, so we take extra measures to ensure the security of everyone. Each of our retirement apartments come with a selection of safety and security features, including the below.
Care and support system
A 24 hour emergency Careline system is provided via a discreet personal pendant alarm and bathroom call point. In an emergency this system provides direct contact to either your Lodge Manager (when on duty), or a member of the Careline team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Camera entry system
A camera entry system is installed in each retirement apartment as standard. This allows you to view any visitors before letting them into the main entrance door.
An intruder alarm is fitted to the front door of every apartment. Apartments on the ground floor have sensors fitted throughout the apartment.
Sophisticated fire and smoke detection systems are fitted in all apartments and throughout the communal areas in the development.
Low Maintenance Living
You will never have to worry about a blocked drain again! Repairs and maintenance, including the garden, are covered by the service charge, which also covers heating, lighting and cleaning of communal areas, as well as buildings insurance.
