Delighted by their transition into a secure and vibrant community, the new Owners share their experiences since moving into their new apartments.
Dilys Huggins, a new Owner at Orchard Lodge, expressed how she feels it may have been the angels that inspired her move to a brand new apartment. She said: “With my new apartment, I have the space I need for myself. It meant a lot of downsizing, but now I feel I can manage it and get on with enjoying my life in a way that’s been difficult for the past few years." Dilys praises the design and build quality of her apartment, describing her move to Orchard Lodge as a divine choice.
She added: “They also offered some worthwhile financial incentives to help with the move. Although I’d hoped to be able to sell my house through a local agent, with the market slowing down, I took advantage of the Home Exchange service to help make the move happen more quickly."
Jill Downey, another Owner, emphasised the brilliant social community that thrives within Orchard Lodge. She went on to say: “Whilst you have your own apartment, you are never on your own. Various activities are organised by the Lodge Manager and there is always someone around for a cup of tea or coffee.” Jill's thoughts really show just how much the friendly community makes life at Orchard Lodge that much better.
Muriel Ann Johnson, equally pleased with her decision, praised the seamless living experience and the wonderful sense of security within the Lodge. She shared: “The thing I love best about my new apartment and lifestyle is the ease and security of the building. It’s a great place to make new friends too!”
