Many of our developments have beautifully furnished Owners’ Lounges that are designed with our customers in mind. They have wifi and many of them feature coffee bars, so they’re ideal for socialising with new neighbours. You can also just relax in the corner with a good book if you prefer. The Owners’ Lounge can be booked out for an event, which is ideal for birthdays , while we run a number of events in the Owners’ Lounge throughout the year.

Lodge Manager

Every single one of our developments has a Lodge Manager on-site who is on hand to help with all manner of different things. They look after the maintenance of the development and oversee any work being carried out, but they are a friendly point of contact when you want someone to talk to, as well as arranging events in the development throughout the year. They’re also available if you want to lock up and leave your apartment for a holiday, and will ensure everything is secure when you’re away.

Guest Suite

All of our developments have a Guest Suite provided for visiting relatives or friends. Reservations are arranged via the Lodge Manager and can be booked in advance. The Guest Suite is ideal if you want to have your loved ones close by during their visit.

Landscape Grounds

Each development is individually designed to blend comfortably with neighbouring properties. A great deal of importance is placed on the communal grounds, providing a welcome retreat for you, your family and friends. Some developments have beautiful gardens, others have landscaped grounds and some even feature a roof terrace – ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the summer months.

Car Parking

Our retirement developments all have on-site parking available and are for our Owners. We take extra care to ensure our developments are close to town centres and with good public transport links, so many of our Owners choose to give up their cars, preferring not to have the burden of maintenance and running costs.

Retirement Living Testimonials
Mr Gaymer

Mr Gaymer

"It’s absolutely perfect for me. Being so close I still use the same local shops and doctor’s surgery, so I still see many of my old friends and neighbours. But I also go to coffee mornings and spend time in the Owner’s Lounge where I can meet new people too."

Mr Fleming

Mr Fleming

“I used some of the services from Churchill to help me move – like the Home Exchange, where they bought my house so I could move quickly. It was very good – it took the stress out of moving.”

A historic town full of culture.

The city’s many parks and green spaces are a perfect place to relax and enjoy wildlife and there are a number of footpaths around the city where you can enjoy a short stroll or longer walk such as along the Avon Valley Path.

  • Old George Mall is located just off the High Street and is home to a number of high street names whilst the historic Cross Keys Arcade has an eclectic range of shops and restaurants to explore.
  • A Charter Market is held in the historic Market Place each Tuesday and Saturday, selling fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, clothing, furniture and homewares.
  • The Salisbury Artisan Market is held on the first Sunday of every month and the city also hosts regular vintage markets, continental markets and a Christmas Market.
  • Salisbury is dominated by one of England’s finest Gothic Cathedrals with the tallest spire in Britain.
  • Salisbury Playhouse is one of Britain’s leading producing theatres commissioning and producing new plays from and inspired by the South West.
  • Salisbury Racecourse stages a number of meetings during the summer months at a picturesque downland course on the outskirts of the city and Stonehenge.
