Standard features

All apartments at Churchill Retirement Living are completely self-contained with their own front door, providing you with privacy and peace and quiet when you want it.

There is a choice of one and two bedroom apartments and they may all vary slightly when it comes to dimensions and position of rooms.

Kitchens are tiled with colour-coordinated worktops, and come fully fitted with a waist-height oven, hob, hood and fridge/freezer. Most of our developments also have integral washer/dryers fitted in all apartments as standard.

The master bedrooms have fitted walk-in wardrobes as well as TV and telephone points, with even the smallest details considered.

Our Service Charge typically covers the cost of providing a Lodge Manager, security systems and call monitoring, external maintenance of the building and grounds, building insurance, heating, lighting and provision of all of the furnishings for the Owners’ Lounge and communal areas – all essential ingredients of the independent lifestyle our developments provide.

We always aim to keep the service charge cost as low as possible, and we provide a full budget breakdown for all our Owners to consider, consulting with them on this every 6 months.

Life in Fleet

The affluent town of Fleet is in the Hart district of north Hampshire. Fleet is ideally placed for exploring the surrounding towns, unspoiled villages and pretty hamlets. The town centre has a wide variety of shops including familiar high street names, alongside smaller independent retailers.
